WHERE YOU ARE
You don't have to have it all figured out to begin
Most people don't seek therapy because they want a long-term project, they reach out because something in life no longer feels sustainable.
Whatever brought you here, you don't need to clean up your story before we talk. We start right where you are.

01
You're carrying a heavy baseline of anxiety or emotional exhaustion that makes everyday life feel harder than it should.
02
Old survival habits — overworking, pleasing everyone else, or shutting down — are no longer serving you.
03
You're navigating trauma, grief, or a life shift, and your usual coping strategies have run out of steam.
04
On the outside you look capable. On the inside you feel numb, scattered, or far from yourself.

THE OUTCOME
What true transformation feels like
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken or turning you into a different person. It's about unhooking from old protection patterns so you can step into real freedom.
✓ Quiet in Your Nervous System
✓ Emotional Autonomy
Trade constant hyper-vigilance and racing thoughts for a body that knows how to relax and rest.
Stop reacting from old wounds and start making intentional, confident choices in your relationships and career.
✓ Genuine Connection
✓ A Recovered Sense of Joy
Say what you actually mean, hear the people you love without getting defensive, and rebuild real warmth.
Reconnect with your voice, your creativity, and the parts of yourself you set aside just to survive.

MORE THAN WORDS
Give form to what doesn't yet have words.
HOW WE GET THERE
Trauma-informed tools built for lasting change
Insight is helpful, but intellectual understanding alone rarely changes how you feel in your body. Real change happens through experiential healing. Depending on your goals, we draw from advanced, evidence-based methods.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Understand and heal the inner parts of you that carry anxiety, self-criticism, or old defenses... so protection can soften into choice.
Imago & IFIO
Slow down the moments that keep repeating in your closest relationships and discover what's really underneath them.
Brainspotting & Somatic Work
Process trauma and stress stored deep in the body, where talk therapy alone can't always reach.
Art Therapy & Expressive Arts
Give form to what doesn't yet have words. No art experience needed... creativity is simply another language.

THE DETAILS
What individual therapy looks like
Individual therapy is for anxiety, trauma, life transitions, self-discovery, and personal growth. Some sessions are conversation. Others include creative expression, mindfulness, body awareness, or experiential work. Every session builds on the last.
FORMAT
Weekly or biweekly sessions
We meet for 50-minute sessions at a rhythm that fits your life, usually weekly or biweekly, so the work has room to deepen without overwhelming it.
INVESTMENT
$180 per session
Individual sessions are $180. I can provide a monthly superbill upon request for those seeking out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance.
DELIVERED
In person and online
I see clients in person in Dripping Springs and across Texas via secure video. You can choose the setting that feels safest and most sustainable for you.
EXTENDED OPTIONS
Longer sessions and intensives

When a single hour isn't enough, I offer extended sessions and therapy intensives. These are especially helpful for trauma work, transitions, or couples work.

"I realized I'm not broken, I've just been protecting myself."
CLIENT DISCOVERIES
What real progress feels like
"I finally understand myself in a way I never have before."
"Our conversations feel completely different because I experience them differently."
"I have more choice in my life than I realized."
I realized I'm not broken, I've just been protecting myself.

MEET RACHAEL
Artist, teacher, and licensed professional counselor
Long before I became a therapist, I was an artist and educator. Art taught me something profound that still guides my work today: how we look at something changes what becomes possible.
Teaching for over twenty years taught me to pay deep attention... that beneath every defensive reaction is a story, beneath every recurring argument is a longing to be heard, and beneath every person is something vital waiting to emerge.
I don't see you as a problem to be solved. Instead of a rigid formula, I help you slow down and see your life through a new lens... and when how you see your story changes, the heavy patterns holding you back naturally begin to shift.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me painting, writing, or out in nature. My personal faith is a deep anchor in my life and I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, honoring whatever sources of meaning matter to you.
